The competition is really getting hotter as MTN Nigeria seem to be trying everything possible in giving its users what other telecommunication companies are giving to their customers.
Few days ago, MTN introduced the Beta Talk plan which gives customers 200% of every recharge they make and the plan attracts a call rate charge of 40kobo per second. That can be likened to the glo bumpa plan which has been ongoing for a very long time now.
The basic difference between the glo bumpa plan and the mtn beta talk plan is the fact that, glo bumpa charges call rate at 50kobo per second while mtn charges call rate of 40kobo per second.
Yesterday, we shared with you a new tariff plan from Etisalat called Etisalat Easylife 4.0 limited edition which is perhaps, the cheapest call tariff plan on the Etisalat network. MTN has decided to also follow suit by introducing a new plan called MTN TruTalk+.
MTN TruTalk+ Call Tariff Plan
Just like the Etisalat Easylife 4.0 plan, MTN TruTalk+ offers a call rate of 11kobo per second to all networks across Nigeria and 50% off international calls. However, there is a daily access fee of N5 which is triggered by the first call of the day.
How Do I Migrate To MTN TruTalk+
To Migrate to the new MTN TruTalk+ call tariff plan, simply dial *123*20# or send TP to 131.
So far so good, nothing new has been heard from glo nor airtel. Let’s hope they are actually cooking up something much better in the telecommunication kitchen.
