Are you looking for information on how to view Pokes on Facebook from the mobile app or using the mobile version? This post explains exactly how you can do that.
I am so glad that recently, i have been able to view the home page of my Facebook profile. Unlike two months earlier, i was unable to view the home section. Each time i try, i get an error response and sometimes i get a response like sorry, something went wrong at this time and we are working to fix it.
If you are a frequent follower of this site then you might recall i even wrote on that particular issue but i am glad that i have been able to access the homepage session on my mobile since two days back. At-least, now i can LIKE and comment on friends status update right on the newsfeed.
I realized that Facebook has changed the poke placement on the Facebook mobile platform, therefore, users have to scroll down to the end of the page before they can view pokes.
Earlier, the Facebook poke notification used to be at the top of the home page section before birthday notifications but now, it’s different.
How To Recent Pokes On Facebook Profile?
Wondering how you can view recent pokes on your Facebook profile account? Follow the below steps.
- When logged to the homepage section of your Facebook account
- Scroll down to almost the end of the page where you will find the bookmarks section
- Locate and click on Pokes, you will be taken to the poke notification page where users that poked you will be displayed. You can either remove, or poke back, the choice is yours.
Hope this helps?
Update: This content was originally written in 2012 and since then, a lot has changed. Facebook mobile now works in similar manner as the app. As a matter of fact, using the Facebook app is often advised against using the mobile version of the page. Except you are still using a java phone or Symbian phone in this time and age.
But, if using a Java phone, you can still have Facebook for Java installed on your phone. Here’s how to get that done.
